Namaste!

In Ayurveda- Food is as important as treatments, this plays a vital role in maintaining an individual’s health and balancing dosa’s. The main reason for diseased conditions is the imbalance of dosas i.e, vatha, pitha and kapha. Here in Rockholm, along with the treatments we are serving food according to the imbalance of dosa’s to make that in equilibrium.

TRIDOSHA DIET

The tridosha diet plays a vital role in maintaining an individual’s health. There are some characteristics for each dosa. After the first consultation, based on the health conditions- we categorise the disease into vatha, pitha and kapha and recommend the food based on their imbalance.

Also, there are some taste preferences for each dosa – that is also considered at Rockholm.

As there is the influence of Tridosha in a human body- there is the influence of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha in a day.
