Mr. Rethish Nair
General Manager

Rethish holds the position of General Manager in Rockholm. Prior to joining the Rockholm Team in February 2024, he had over fifteen years of experience in the field. He is a bachelor's degree holder with a higher diploma in hospitality, travel, and tourism. He gives everything he does his all. Of all the industries, the hotel sector piques his curiosity the most. A fresh set of tasks arises every day and that excites him the most as a General Manager. By drawing on his extensive background, he aspires to motivate his teammates to pursue excellence in whatever they do. He wants the team to put in a lot of effort to go above and beyond for the guests. Creating experiences that guests will remember long after they have left the resort is the goal. His infectious dedication to greatness motivates the group to pursue excellence and consistently advance their knowledge and abilities. In his free time, he likes to travel, engage in adventure sports, and take pictures.

Dr. Sreekala Santosh
Chief Physician

Rockholm's Chief Physician Dr. Sreekala manages the Rockholm Ayurveda Centre comprising of a team of qualified Doctors, Dieticians and Therapists. She offers hands on expertise, theories and techniques integral to Ayurveda to ensure the well being of our guests. She was earlier based at our Thrissur property Nattika Beach Retreat and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge to Rockholm. Dr. Sreekala and her team together create a balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual living amongst our guests. Her guidance and consultation helps revive overall wellbeing amongst our guests. Dr. Sreekala is a talented singer and appreciates a good read.

Dr. Gokul. M.G
Ayurveda Physician

Dr. Gokul holds a BAMS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and has been working at Rockholm for more than a year. His love of hospitality, which dates back to his school days, has led him here. In his conversations and interactions, he is very kind and understanding. Gokul provides comprehensive monitoring and counselling to guarantee optimal treatment outcomes and guest wellbeing. He also assists Dr. Sreekala with all initial, follow-up, and final appointments. Gokul is fervently committed to the idea that one should always try their hardest. As advised by senior physicians, he provides therapists with practical guidance on how to treat guests appropriately. He constantly checks to make sure that guests are comfortable receiving the treatments and are receiving the most benefit from the therapies.

Dr. Akhila Remanan
Jr. Ayurveda Physician

Dr. Akhila completed her bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery before joining Rockholm as a junior doctor. As a medical professional here, she is enthusiastic about the all-encompassing approach to wellness and lifestyle creation that Ayurveda provides to our guests. She believes her role here is to provide a comprehensive wellness experience. This entails offering personalized consultations to determine each guest's unique health needs, greeting them with traditional Ayurvedic welcomes upon arrival, and tailoring treatment regimens and lifestyle suggestions accordingly. In collaboration with senior doctors, she guarantees individualised advice, educational direction, regular monitoring, understanding of each guests' particular requirements, and provision of emotional support when needed. Her passion for creating medications and diagnosing illnesses has served as a motivation for her academic and professional endeavours.

Dr. Rinu Francis
Jr. Ayurveda Physician

Dr. Rinu Francis completed her medical degree in ayurveda from Kerala University of Health Sciences. She is a dedicated Junior Ayurveda Doctor at Rockholm Resort, committed to delivering authentic Ayurvedic healthcare and holistic wellness experiences to guests. With a strong foundation in classical Ayurveda, she supports personalized wellness programs through Ayurvedic consultations, treatment planning, and therapy supervision under the guidance of Chief physician. She focus on understanding each guest’s constitution (Prakriti) and imbalance (Vikriti) to recommend safe and effective therapies. At Rockholm , she plays an active role in, Ayurvedic consultations Assisting in Panchakarma and wellness treatment programs. Monitoring therapy procedures and guest responses.She believes in compassionate care, ethical practice, and the integration of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern wellness standards, ensuring a rejuvenating and authentic healing experience for every guest. Front Office Manager

Akhil S Babu is a seasoned professional with a strong background in hospitality. He joined Rockholm as the Front Office Manager in January 2025, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for guest service. Akhil holds a B.Sc. in Airline, Tourism, and Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Aviation with a specialization in Airline Customer Service, and an IATA certification in Airline Customer Service. Akhil chose to pursue a career in hospitality to share his dedication to guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service. His goal is to ensure that every guest's stay at Rockholm is seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Akhil takes pride in leading by example, fostering a welcoming environment that prioritizes guest comfort and operational efficiency. Yoga Teacher

Abhijith has been practicing yoga for over 9 years, with 5 years dedicated to teaching. He holds certifications in Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) from SVYASA and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) from Patanjali Yoga University. In July 2024, he became a part of the Rockholm team, driven by a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. Abhijith chose to work in hospitality to promote kindness and well-being, with the goal of introducing the transformative benefits of yoga to a broader audience. His classes are designed to ensure every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and mentally refreshed. As a yoga instructor at Rockholm, Abhijith provides clear and comprehensive instructions for various yoga postures and sequences. Yoga Teacher

Hema is a warm and dedicated yoga teacher, recognized for her pleasant smile and compassionate nature that instantly put guests at ease. Her journey with yoga began in childhood through school activities, where her flexibility and passion helped her excel in competitions, including Khelo India and securing First Position at the All-India University Level. She has completed the Yoga Instructor's Course (YIC) from SVYASA University, Bengaluru, along with a Facial Yoga TTC. She has also conducted practical yoga classes for Teacher Training Course (TTC) students under AYUSH ministry, gaining strong experience in guiding aspiring yoga teachers. Her expertise lies in Asanas and their variations, Yoga Nidra, and Mantra Chanting, skillfully blending both therapeutic and spiritual aspects of yoga. With her innocent charm and vibrant energy, Hema inspires her students and guests to embrace yoga as a joyful, healing practice-helping them discover inner balance, vitality, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Duty Manager

Quite diligence and an affable attitude makes Viji a guest favorite. As Duty Manager Viji is an integral part of Rockholm's Front Office and hospitality team. With over 6 productive years of experience in the wellness hospitality industry, Viji is instrumental in managing, training and operating all key Front of the House areas. This includes reception, front desk, travel desk and reservations that are predominantly high contact guest areas. Viji and her team ensure our guests are well looked after and they are the communication nerve center at Rockholm.

Deputy Housekeeper

Deputy Housekeeper and a through skilled professional in the art of Housekeeping management, Mohandas has a great eye for detail. He overlooks the daily housekeeping routine in addition to managing a young and motivated team. Mohandas and his team tirelessly work towards ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless and our guests have access to the best accommodation services that nurtures their overall health in a clean, comfortable and inspiring environment. This helps himself and his team in running the kitchen smoothly and efficiently.

Maintenance Incharge

The Rockholm maintenance team is led by Krishnakumar. He has worked in the sector for up to 15 years and holds an ITI diploma. Any complaints or requests pertaining to engineering will be handled by him, and they will be fulfilled in line with guest wishes. He has a reputation for fostering a supportive work environment among his colleagues. His interest in hospitality maintenance comes from his desire to serve people and make their stays enjoyable. The dynamic and fast-paced hotel industry offers new chances and challenges every day for him. He enjoys playing sports and games and listening to music in his spare time.

Blessed with an ardent fondness for nature and an intrinsic understanding of horticulture Suseel Kumar is an enthusiastic gardener. He is responsible for the upkeep and overall maintenance of our foliage and well manicured gardens. Rockholm boasts of a host of tropical trees, colorful flowering and fruit bearing trees, medicinal plants, creepers, palms that lend to the natural beauty and keep the air fresh. Suseel Kumar's green and nimble fingers are responsible for bringing our serene landscape to life.
