Our Purpose

DAILY YOGA PROGRAMS

Every day our yoga masters conduct several yoga sessions in the open yoga hall.

Meditation Sessions: We invite you to achieve complete rest. Meditation regulates the imbalance in physical body,

mind and soul. Then we will get an idea about life management.

Wellness Sessions: We invite those who are not familiar with asanas and pranayama’ to attend these sessions.

Progressive Sessions:   We invite those who are experienced in asanas and pranayama to attend sessions.

There will not be any session on Sundays from 05:3O PM to 06: OO PM.

Please remember to carry your pool towel with you while coming for yoga sessions.
