On your arrival at Rockholm, after your check-in, a Yoga consultation is arranged with our Yoga teacher. An interactive outline of progressive yoga, wellness yoga, yoganidra, meditation, mantra chanting and pranayama are available through the week at fixed times during the morning and evening hours.
