Establishing a consistent, health-conscious routine in your life is regarded as advantageous. This is also not a simple task. A fundamental lack of routine in day-to-day living may be the underlying cause of many health problems.

The ancient science of Ayurveda recognised this severe deficiency and created a carefully considered, easily implementable set of recommendations.

As someone who has spent decades spreading the priceless knowledge of Ayurveda, Nattika is acutely aware of the importance of protecting your well-being.

This is the reason why our medical team came up with some creative ideas that resulted in the creation of the "Nattika Life" to encourage Ayurvedic living among those seeking health all over the world.

The "Nattika Dinacharya Kit" is a recent addition to the Nattika Life product line. It integrates the daily practices of Danta dhavana (tooth cleansing), Jihwa nirlekhna (tongue cleaning), Nasya (nasal treatment), and Gandusha (medicated oil pulling).

Regular tooth washing with medicinal powders is known as "danta dhavana" in Ayurveda. This is a tried-and-true method for preserving oral health.

Jihwa nirlekhna, or tongue cleaning, is the very basic technique of using certain metal tongue cleaners to scrape the upper surface of your tongue. According to Ayurvedic literature, using copper tongue cleansers can improve taste bud stimulation and have an antimicrobial effect on the oral cavity. Frequent tongue cleansing helps eliminate halitosis, an offensive odour from the mouth that can occasionally be caused by microbial responses near the base of the tongue.

Nasya(instilling nasal medication): In today's hectic and polluted world, Ayurvedic nasal medication administration is essential. The nose is thought to be the entryway to the main sinuses in your head and the portal to your brain. Frequent use of Nasya not only helps to unclog your sinuses and improve your sense of smell, but it also works wonders to stop bad breath!

Gandusha, also known as "Medicated Oil Pulling," is the practice of keeping medicinal oils in your mouth for a short while. This little practice can help to keep the acid-base balance, strengthen your gums, and stop oral cavity inflammations. Frequent Gandusha practice nourishes the muscles and nerves in your face, even improving the complexion!

Aside from these advantages, the best aspect is that this kit will serve as a springboard for embracing the Ayurvedic lifestyle of connecting with nature!
